SLOW-FLOW YOGA
In Slow Flow Yoga, we spend a little longer in the Asanas (postures) to sink deeper into them, building a more intimate connection with the shape and what it has to offer for our body and being. The relationship between the breath and posture, mind, and imagination are explored as tools to support the experience within each shape.
Dynamic, slow-flowing, and graceful movements link the postures together and help to unravel stiffness and rigidity in the spine.
The practice is a balance of strength and stillness, movement, and fluidity. The slow pace makes it a suitable practice for beginners and can also be made more challenging for any experienced yogi.
